Paris may be the city of lights, and Montreal has the Cirque du Soleil , but if it’s a first class student experience you’re after, then there’s a clear winning choice.
Data analysts over at QS Top Universities have been busy scrutinising a series of metrics to decide the best city for students – and London has come out on top.
The ratings are based on factors such as the graduate job market, the diversity of the culture and the quality of life.

The news has been met with widespread delight in the UK capital, particularly with the announcement coming so soon after the Brexit referendum. Though London did vote collectively to remain part of the EU – with 2.3 million votes cast for ‘Remain’ and 1.5 million votes for ‘Leave’.

SOAS University of London, as the name suggests, resides right at the centre of the capital in historic Bloomsbury. The area is renowned for its fashionable cafes, vintage book stores and leafy parks.
